What has happened? In Decision No. 1524/2025 of October 30, 2025, the Spanish Supreme Court issued a final clarification on key timeshare issues. The Court confirmed the legality of: · timeshare systems based on floating weeks; · timeshare schemes with a duration exceeding 50 years.
